John's Birthday

John's egg yolk allergy often keeps the yumminess at bay. I made him a yolkless "Harvest Cake" for his birthday. It's two chocolate cakes (whole wheat flour, organic sugar, etc.) with pumpkin cream cheese in the center. The band liked it!
